Returns & Exchanges

At Atlas Stationers, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or your RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our Chicago distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
